Nozzles
Spray Nozzles — Applications
Fine mist, tank cleaning and air atomizing nozzles for cooling, washing and process injection.
Range overview
Specification and supply scope
Application-specific nozzles are selected against the duty rather than the pattern alone. Fine mist nozzles produce small droplets for cooling and humidification. Tank cleaning nozzles deliver controlled coverage of vessel interiors. Air atomizing nozzles combine liquid and compressed air for fine atomization of viscous or low-pressure fluids.

Fine Mist Nozzle
Small-droplet nozzle for cooling, humidification and odour control.

Typical applications
- Evaporative cooling
- Humidification
- Odour control
- Dust suppression
Fine mist nozzles produce droplets in the 20–100 micron range using a small orifice and high pressure. They are used for evaporative cooling, humidification, dust suppression and odour control where rapid evaporation is required.

Tank Cleaning Nozzle
Rotating or fixed spray head for vessel and tank interior cleaning.

Typical applications
- Tank and vessel cleaning
- CIP systems
- Food and beverage
- Chemical processing
Tank cleaning nozzles deliver high-impact spray coverage to vessel interiors. Fixed heads suit small tanks and simple rinse duty; rotating and oscillating heads provide 360° coverage for larger vessels. Flow, pressure and cycle time are matched to the cleaning procedure.

Air Atomizing Nozzle
Compressed-air-assisted nozzle for fine atomization of viscous fluids.

Typical applications
- Viscous fluid spraying
- Coatings and adhesives
- Lubrication
- Process injection
Air atomizing nozzles combine liquid and compressed air to produce fine droplets at low liquid pressure. They are used for viscous fluids, coatings, lubrication and process injection where a conventional hydraulic nozzle cannot achieve the required atomization.
