Purpose and scope
This Code of Conduct sets out the standards expected of everyone who works for, with or on behalf of Belvanta Global Industries Limited. It applies to employees, officers, contractors, agents, suppliers and other business partners.
We conduct business lawfully, honestly and with respect for the people and communities affected by our operations. Where local law or regulation is stricter than this Code, the stricter requirement applies.

- No bribery, facilitation payments or improper inducements.
- Accurate books, records and product documentation.
- Respect for export controls, sanctions and customs requirements.
- Prompt disclosure of conflicts of interest.
Human rights and labour
We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, human trafficking or unlawful discrimination. Employment is voluntary, wages are paid in accordance with applicable law, and working hours and conditions meet legal and contractual requirements.
- Fair treatment and equal opportunity.
- Safe and healthy working conditions.
- Freedom of association and lawful collective bargaining.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, intimidation or retaliation.
Health, safety and environment
Safety is a condition of employment. Every person is expected to stop work when they identify an uncontrolled hazard and to report incidents, near misses and environmental releases without delay.
We work to reduce waste, energy use and emissions, and to manage materials and processes in a way that protects the environment.
Suppliers and business partners
We expect suppliers and business partners to apply equivalent standards. Supplier selection and review consider quality, delivery, safety, labour practices and compliance with this Code.
Belvanta reserves the right to request evidence of compliance and to suspend or terminate a relationship where serious or repeated breaches are identified.
Gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest
Gifts and hospitality must be modest, lawful and capable of being disclosed. They must never influence, or appear to influence, a business decision. Cash or cash equivalents are not permitted.
Anyone with a personal, financial or family interest that could conflict with Belvanta's interests must disclose it to their manager or the compliance contact.
Reporting and protection
Concerns can be raised with a manager, the compliance contact or through the contact details published on this website. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent permitted by law.
Belvanta does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or cooperates with an investigation.
